I recently had the good fortune to join Paul for lunch at Matilda's and can recommend another item on the menu very highly. It's one of the Hot Specialty Sandwiches called the Max, Jr. Yum!!! It's "roast turkey & smoked ham, caramelized onion, cranberry, jack and dijonnaise on grilled marble." What a smooth, delectable delight! I can see why Paul wants to work his way through the whole menu.
