Back in the day - Chili Omelettes after a night on the town!
Gary and Andrea, my son/dtr-in-law, found a joint behind Mandina's on Canal St. called "The Ruby Slipper". Place was a building rescued after Katrina. I had a delightful brunch with Andrea a few weeks ago. Imagine sipping a Bloody Mary or a Brandy Milk Punch while waiting for a table to open. It is on my list to take my husband when we return for Gary's graduation in May.
