All kinds of activities at the festival, the area i didn't visit this year was the jewelry/crafts/clothing section, sorry, will report on it next year:
the Culture Sur La Table tent featured demonstrations by local chefs for two days in a row...
The Scène Atelier featured up close and personal sessions with multi-generational musical families and other musicians talking and demonstrating their craft.

The Riley and Balfa families perform...
with 5 year-old Burke Riley on the drums.
PHOTO R to L Christine Balfa, her daughters Amelia and Sophie Powell, and their friends Maddy and Ayden. pt and Christine (photobombed for fun).
Amelia, with noticeable pride, tells me her dad is Dirk Powell. "He plays several instruments and he’s currently on tour with Joan Baez. Music is a huge part of our culture and of our life and I’m proud to represent our Balfa family. At first I wasn’t interested in music but that changed," she says with a smile.
With 33 acres of rolling greens, easy to find a spot far from the madding crowd.
Music and dance for eight hours at a stretch at the main stage and the Salle de Danse
The Mercy Brothers transformed the Salle de Danse into a pretty good impression of a revival tent for an hour.
Terry Huval's Jambalaya Cajun Band with D. L. Menard and Gary Newman - classic Cajun with a dollop of swamo pop.
Rockin' Dopsie, Jr. at Scène Ma Louisiane -explosive Zydeco; The Babineaux Sisters at Scène Mon Heritage - legends in the making.
The Revelers - a dancers pot of gold; Warren Storm with Willie Tee and Cypress - swamp pop legends who are aging like fine wines and pack the jolt to go with it.
