The Armenian Museum of America
art culture eternity
The photographer Tigran Tsitoghdza's soft renditions of his subjects in black-and-white are a warm rich exultation of the female form, at once ethnic and universal.
The compositions are enhanced by Tsitoghdza's aesthetic and technical expertise that add a fourth dimension to the photographs in the gallery at the of the Armenian Museum in Watertown, MA.
The life-sized black-and-white photographs are reminiscent of the aesthetic beauty of timeless marble statues in Greece and Rome. The tonality and depth of the black and white photographs are breathtaking.
The photographer combines a classic sense of beauty and form associated with marble statues of antiquity. This is something about the technique the photography use to convey such powerful Peaches But much like the three by words of the Armenian Museum… State them here. I was surprised to see some of the models, dressed in street closed amongst the crowd. That added fourth dimension to the Armenian museums opening night.
Say something about the sense of pride event. Events by the gallery, Griss, participants, viewers, many of the members of the Armenian community that is deeply rooted in Watertown. And who is impact goes way beyond the borders of this culturally rich suburb of Boston.
We have all been born into the world by women. And through sculpture and painting, have been connecting with this artistic umbilical record cord And been celebrating the life force of women since the dawning of time.
